CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cannot attend the full conference, you may register a replacement from your organization to attend the full conference at no additional cost.

Badge sharing is not permitted and all attendees must be registered.

Cancellations with full refunds will be accepted until October 14th. Cancellations received between October 15th and 29th will be refunded with a $500 cancellation fee deducted. Cancellations received after October 29th will receive no refund. Only substitutions from the same organization will be accepted at that time.

All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing to  conference@pppcouncil.ca.
